最近幫親友找尋Memory Stick 方面的資料, 簡單來說, 受限於FAT16, SE 手機最大支援MS Pro Duo (High Speed) 2GB

Sony Memory Stick Compatibility Chart

P910 Memory Stick
The standard Memory stick Duo has a FAT address bit length for up to 128 MB address space.
The PRO Memory stick has a FAT address bit length for up to 4 GB address space.
Sony Ericsson P910 supports (4 GB). However, due to performance issues (1 GB) is stated as the max size.

File system support on the Memory Stick (K750/P800/P900/P910/S700i/V800/Z800/Z1010)
The Sony Ericsson K750/S700i/P800/P900/P910i/V800/Z800i/Z1010 can currently only use file system FAT16 on the Memory Stick. The file system FAT16 can support sizes up to 2 GB.

Which is the maximum compatible memory stick for the phone (P910 series)
The Sony Ericsson P910i supports up to 2GB memory stick.
