hinet連大陸網站速率嚴重下降

自從升級8m/640k之後

這幾天測試結果，大陸網站的連線速率異常的下降

當然也依一般程序，向華信提出了障礙申告
但得到的答案是•他們只負責國內連線的品質~。ok這說法我能接受

並且教了我2個解決的方法

1.設置proxy，增快速率~
2.申請pppoe固定ip

但是速度並未獲得改善，記得在以前並沒有連大陸網站速度嚴重緩慢的情形
不知道是不是8m的關係。

ping大陸yahoo數值如下：

我用SONET最近也有點感覺速度變慢，
不知道大家的狀況如何？
我在公司用速博是一直都很慢~~ 只有連台灣速度正常而已。
這個在地的ISP，服務還真在地....

的確是差蠻多的
再加上我有跟大陸的朋友時常在TALK和視訊，
申請的固定IP的確反應時間比較快速。

經過測試連大陸一定要用固定IP
開網頁速度真的差很多

Hinet 計時制 ADSL 連大陸一向不佳
設定 Proxy 也不會比較快
計時制付的錢 < 固定制
所以要連國外快一點 , 需申請固定制

如克服講的,使用固一IP吧.

以大陸站"天天精品"來講.
使用浮動IP,開網頁會開的很辛苦,
抓檔案幾乎不會動,
就算會動,大多都在0K~5K這樣跑

使用固定IP的情形就是不一樣,
抓檔少說都有3XXK,有時還能讓8m滿載!
這一點都不誇張,浮動跟固定IP就是差這麼多

大陸在搞反分裂法的那幾天開始的....

最近實在是慢的離譜....

我是使用2M/256K浮動IP，也是慢到不行，比撥接還慢，前幾天還打電話過來問說要不要升到8M，誰管你的，今年合約一到就換一家ISP。
