【抱怨】千萬別用黑Net他簡直濫暴了!!!!!
黑Net連外有掛TP,據說最近國內也掛TP了,而黑Net最連外近狂掉圖和掉網頁,而黑Net在還沒有擴增大陸頻寬前ping中國電信高達500、600ms甚至最高時達1100ms而且常常掉包,擴增頻寬600多Mbps後ping值降到170~190ms,現在又恢復到500、600ms最高時達700、800ms,並且在擴充頻寬前最慢下載速度不到10KB甚至最低時只有幾百個位元組而已,而擴充頻寬前ping中國網通ping值達到300ms,現在掉到170~190ms,不過前幾天一度又到300m。ping HKIX的ping值在80~100ms前幾天也升到170~190ms現在恢復了,而且黑Net連外都無法跑到極速,另外黑Net連國內其他ISP有做限速措施,也無法跑到極速,而且連自家人的TWIX都塞車,流量高達500Mbps,另外黑Net用戶是無法下載Giga網路硬碟的。
測試時間:6月7號PM7:15

我是懶的去PING
最近自從全部升速後
每天去的國內外網站都感覺變慢
連大白天去KIMO都覺得變慢了

我剛才也發了一帖,,強烈質疑hinet目前的連線品質有問題
或許hinet會說,我降價了,也給你們用戶提高上傳了,當然要從其它地方把你們的錢"卡"過來

呃...ADSL 1M/64K 能跑到 10x KB/s 的速度算正常吧~
你認為是 1024 / 8 = 128 KB/s 才叫做極速嘛??

他是說目前黑net連外實在太糟糕了,且瀏覽個網頁都一直掉圖,誰不會氣啊!

之前就是因為太鳥了才換掉的...
