ISP是 seednet，後端就是 seednet 設定了，所以要問的是，seednet 有沒有提升與中華電信機房介接的頻寬。

簍上這一段不是本來就塞,現在推50M就更有趣了.感覺上這次中華要告訴大家,網路不能進步到底是民間固網不爭氣問題,還是中華沒本錢玩的問題.

我今天開bt多檔下載，最高衝到3931 KB/S 不過只有一秒，均速在1200~1500KB/S 上下 真的很無言，之前10M/2M 時，幾乎都可以每天跑1280KB/S滿速
